is a cuddle party where hugging is optional. Essentially, this is an opportunity to dive into a safe space and take a little break from the stress and anxiety that we have been endlessly experiencing for the past month and a half.
Each presenter brings something different to the cuddle; I focus on your personal journey into your own inner world.
In the cuddle I will try to create a space for you where you can exhale and let go.
