I am a psychologist working in the solution-focused short-term therapy (SFBT) approach. I help people cope with life's difficulties and find resources for change. My goal is to support you in times of crisis, help you see new opportunities and find effective solutions.

• Difficulties in relationships or in the family, search for mutual understanding, building harmonious relationships.
• Loss of meaning and interest: reassessment of life values, return of motivation, search for new guidelines.
